Don’t waste your time.
I don't leave reviews often, but the low ratings at this location warranted me leaving one. My experience was nothing but positive. I saw PA Borrenpohl and she listened to my concerns, as well as answered my questions. I found the interaction to be a pleasant one as far as medical visits go. The nurse who was assisting was also very personable, as was the front desk. I have no complaints about the interactions or service received.
The front desk staff was not friendly nor professional; provider Jessica instead of calling myself tells front desk staff to tell me in front of my daughter and other patients in the lobby that she can not see my 15 old daughter because she has a lot of peds doctors and other issues; after I asked for manager she ignored me and continued to laugh in the back with staff; I asked the other staff up front which is a guy; the lady front desk staff yelled no don’t talk to him talk to me he’s new and made him get up and go to the ... read more
My PCP recently switched to Vanderbilt from Sterling Primary Care. I had to schedule an appt. with him just to get a prescription filled. $329 later, I got the prescription. No blood work, no physical, nothing. A 10-minute visit for $329. Also, they didn't even have all my records on file. And, forget trying to discuss the bill with the Vanderbilt billing group. Bethany Wagner is an amazing pcp, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is always patient, professional, and very informative. The nursing and front desk staff are always kind and communicative. 10/10!
