Restroom on 3rd floor surgery East medical center was not very clean. Staff is not very friendly, process of waiting for information about patient needs to improve the wait times are horrible I've almost did an 12 hour shift waiting here. Another thing I think staff should wear different color scrubs to identify their positions everyone should not be in same color scrubs. I would like to see that in next year, change is good.
I will be having my 3rd upcoming surgery here tomorrow. Dr. Thurman,nurses and assists have been great so far. The building needs renovation, and parking isnt good, but staff have been great to assist in parking.
I was really nervous after reading some of the reviews on here. I had surgery here 5 days ago and I have nothing but positive things to say. The facilities are clean and up to date, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are kind.
I had surgery here with Dr. Karagoz & resident Hanna Slutsky on September 25, 2024. The facility is small and older, so I was a bit nervous at first. As soon as they called me back, it went away. Every person I encountered was amazing. The anesthesia team was top notch, the nurse I had in recovery was amazing… I had an incredible experience. I cannot say enough good things. The only complaint I have is that the beds are teeny-tiny!! They were horrible lol, but it’s a small price to pay for top-notch care!
