They just hung up on me. Very rude.
I had an appointment with Dr. Garcia at the beginning of September. The large waiting area was virtually empty when I arrived. There was just one woman working at the reception desk and she was not friendly, never smiled and said probably 2 words. I waited for about an hour before I was called back. Stellar group of ENT specialists in a brand new, state of the art facility!
I had an appointment withidea Dr. Mason Roman Krysinski yesterday, and I have to say he treated me with contempt and mockery. Even though I was in bad shape, he didn’t help me at all—just referred me back to my primary doctor. He even told me that if I feel worse, I should just go to the Emergency Room. But my only issue was with my ENT problems! I came to him as a sick patient looking for help, and I got absolutely nothing. Zero stars.
