First off I don't know where the negative reviews came from, but none of that has been my experience at this or other Vanderbilt Orthopedic clinics. And also, people need to be patient with th staff. I had surgery on my right thumb in April almost 4 months ago and it was by another Doctor in a different clinic. First the lady that brought me back to the room, Jill, was very rude and acted bothered by my presence. I was coming to see Dr Novac about my left wrist because of a fall, a new medical issue. Dr. Cox is a great surgeon. As well as a super person. He repaired my shoulder. I have had no pain at all. I highly recommend him.
