I’ve seen several doctors there. Saw Dr. Engstrom for my knee. He did my knee replacement. He was absolutely fantastic. I’m now seeing Dr. Chang. He just did surgery for me on my Shoulder. I’m in therapy. He has been amazing . My wrist doctor. Dr. Chelsea Brown. She’s done one surgery on my left hand. I’m finishing up the one on my right. I’m just fixing to start therapy. My left hand is so much better than it was. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I don’t know what I would do without these doctors. They are helping me control... read more
Staff was great, doctor was terrible, dismissive, irritated for no reason, talked to me for 30 seconds said he can't help and sent me away. I wouldn't trust him or recommend him or this doctors office to anybody. He should be fired for the lack of professionalism and care for the patients. I wish I could write a worse review. If anyone from Vanderbilt would like to reach out I can explain the entire visit in detail. Staff and the Nurse were great. I have to say, Dr. Chang did an awesome job on my labrum surgery but the office staff is horrible. Impossible to communicate with anybody at the actual office and get a response. Seems like nobody wants to do their jobs. Very unfortunate because the surgeon is awesome….when it comes to surgery. Just seems like the office staff needs to be trained better or they need to fire the people not wanting to do their very simple jobs.
