I have to say, Dr. Chang did an awesome job on my labrum surgery but the office staff is horrible. Impossible to communicate with anybody at the actual office and get a response. Seems like nobody wants to do their jobs. Very unfortunate because the surgeon is awesome….when it comes to surgery. Just seems like the office staff needs to be trained better or they need to fire the people not wanting to do their very simple jobs.

Dr. Hicks has been my ankle doc for 4 yrs now and every appointment has been a breeze. He a standup guy that will not cut corners while telling you the honest truth resulting in a very beneficial recovery. Mrs Burks is fantastic as well!!
