Experienced extremely rude treatment. Not helpful, bureaucratic. If possible, go to the Vanderbilt oral care unit on Medical Drive and bypass this institution.
I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else. The office personal is very helpful and try very hard to accommodate our schedule so my daughter doesn't have to miss alot of school.
