I love this place. I've had MS for 33 years and this is the best clinic and team I've been to. I love Dr. Kramer and I feel that he honestly cares and tries to give me the best care and wants to help me fight this disease and ensures that I have the best quality of life. He listens and is easy to talk to. The infusion center is epic. They make a crappy procedure and day fun and make sure I'm comfortable and all my needs are met. You need to train nurses on how to draw blood from veins. I was there today 01/17/2025 and the nurse who drew my blood injected a needle multiple times and was still unable to draw blood properly. After many tries, she was able to draw some blood and applied bandage. Now, after some hours, when I remove the bandage I am seeing these huge clots in my veins, which is unbelievable. Seriously train your nurses how to draw blood
I saw Dr.Stephanie Taylor and she was PHENOMENAL! To be honest everyone from even the reception desk to the woman who took my blood pressure and to Dr.Taylor everyone was just so kind and patient. I truly felt like Stephanie cared about me which I feel like in current day it’s hard to find a doctor that takes the time to listen to everything you have to say and write everything down and do a thorough examination. I felt HEARD by her and felt like she understood me. I highly recommend seeing her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best clinic I ever been to. Definitely don't see anything wrong. Has the best doctors and staff.
I've never had a bad experience here. My doctor takes time to listen to me, answer all my questions. They are quick to respond to messages through the portal. Even the pharmacy has been thorough and patient in answering my questions regarding medication.
