Best MS clinic in the world!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I saw Dr. Moses at my initial visit in October 2022. I told him my story/symptoms and he diagnosed me with Replasing Remitting MS. This was huge because I had never had any major health conditions or scares until then. I was given no resources, no guidance. I went home and felt lost. All I wanted to do was cry the entire way home. But chose not to because my then 6 year old was in the car with me. Drove an hour only to be told I’m not on the schedule after I received an email telling me I’m on the schedule…..told I was called but have no missed calls or messages telling me anything. Absolutely terrible. Then the nurse does nothing to help me and also laughs about the situation. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Playing with my health!!!
I mostly like coming here. Everyone is nice and the nurses are awesome outside of a few who bruise me every time from missing my veins. The “myhealth” system they use to communicate is terrible. Also, today, I sat on the phone for 30 minutes being asked 10-20 questions when I only called to reschedule an appointment….and didn’t get it rescheduled. Please do better. You’re dealing with people’s health.
