Dr Monajjem, Sandra and Brenda are all great professional people. Kind smart and very helpful.

Great clinic unless you want your meds quickly. They take way too long to approve a medication refill even when it's a maintenance medication. I had to call them because my meds that were already supposed to be at the pharmacy we're not, so they said it would not take more than 24 and certainly not more than 48 hours for my prescription to be ready. Here it is almost a week later and I still don't have my meds.

Do not go for a mammogram. The dressing closet is between the reception area and technician area. You are ushered in and out of this high traffic area in a gown braless holding your purse. People are lingering asking questions/lost etc... When you come out of the mammogram you are carrying your purse and trying to keep your gown together in the back. Dr. Phares is wonderful. Saw him for heart concerns and spent 45 minutes with me evaluating pain and scheduling furyher testing. Very patient and put me at ease. Recommend him highly.

Unless you like to wait in excess of two hours AFTER your scheduled appointment time, I would not recommend this place. This has happened on more than one occasion and I am only there for a shot. They need a total overhaul.

I take my two children to the pediatric center of this facility. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff, never in a rush.

Centrally located, easily accessible, entertainment for kids available (the trains!), reasonable waiting time and kind nurses and doctors who all seem to be very knowledgeable, patient, caring and most importantly, thorough.

Good experience while giving birth and the stay thereafter. Though I found the facility itself old fashioned and a bit gloomy (let alone the entrance via the parking garage), the nurses, doctors and other staff (of which we saw many during our stay; there is a constant coming and going of people who check in with you and baby) seemed very knowledgeable, were caring, kind and thorough.

Very well-oiled machine. Wait is minimal and the staff is friendly—and knowledgeable. Love 100 Oaks because it's so easy to get to and find a place to park your car.
