My sister's surgery was scheduled for 6:30 a.m. we left for the hospital at 5:30a.m. and arrived on time. After waiting and waiting, at 8 a.m. we asked about her surgery. They informed us the surgery had been rescheduled for 10a.m. They did not even have the courtesy to inform us of this change. We had to go ask. Turns out, they changed the time last Friday, but failed to tell the patient. "Well, it was Friday afternoon " was their excuse. Extremely inconsiderate of our time.
