So recently we switched management and my goodness this new team is amazing!I would like to speak on Destiny to be precise,everytime Ive gotten on the phone with her she has been nothing but helpful positive and kind.All my request are addressed and resolved within a timely manner.Vandebrilt you better appreciate her for me!!!Its rare you find people that actually enjoy helping people wholeheartedly.I see this place improving and getting better.It feels good live in a place where the landlords actually care.
These are some of the worst apartment/townhouses in Alief... They don't want to fix anything... the fences stay broke... all 3 pools at green and nasty..they have trash everywhere and they constantly gives you the run around.. I'll NEVER recommend anyone to come rent over here.
This place is nasty...I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends.. the pool stays green and dirty.... trash everywhere even by the big dumpsters....fence stays broke... they don't Never want to fix anything.. they always give you the run around....I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roaches everywhere! Also, if anything needs to be fixed in your apartment, it will take so long as the maintenance guy is very lazy and you will be talking to the front office everyday fighting with them. It is a horrible place to live. Do not be fooled by the demo unit they show you!! RUN AWAY FROM HERE!
No recomiendo este sitio para vivir venden droga en toda la entrada de los apartamentos descaradamente en todo el frente de la oficina, por dentro se miran hombres haciendo cosas raras te sientes como si en algún momento te fueran robar. No te mudes aquí!
