Had to come to the urgent care on Monday for an issue. They were great on that day but I had to return on Wednesday because my issue had gotten worse. When I tried to check in on Wednesday, they refused to see me because I hadn’t been able to see my PCP yet. Now I will have to go the ER because my PCP doesn’t have anything open. This is an issue that doesn’t warrant an ER visit but can’t wait for another week when there is an available appointment at my PCP. It’s not $50 to get check in anymore. I hope it gets close down or lose money
This is the second time I have had to come to this clinic within the last three months for an urgent health issue. I have to say that at each visit they were pleasant, super efficient, the facility was clean and you are treated quickly. I highly recommend!!
