Had my 8:15 appointment canceled on me as I arrive from a 45 minute drive there because “no xray tech available.” Spent 12 days waiting in pain and now they have the audacity to try and schedule me for a whole week out rather than the next work day. Update: called the patient relations number they suggested I call and they don’t even answer their phones what a joke
The only good thing about this provider’s office is the woman who was working the front desk when I came in. She is awesome. Otherwise, I had to wait for a long time to see a nurse, then I had to wait a long time to get X-rays, then I had to wait a long time again, then the provider didn’t even review all of the X-rays before coming in to the exam room. Dr Wendy is the absolute best. She did a great job on my wife's foot surgery. Brittany the nurse is the nicest ever. They always make visits that could be uncomfortable, a very pleasant experience! They heard our concerns for a difficult surgery and made it happen. Almost no waiting time and always available for any help or medical care needed. A true blessing to have found Dr. Wendy and Brittany both!!
