I scheduled an appointment for today at 10am. I arrived on time with all of my paperwork completed. I sat down and was called back at approximately 1015. The nurse sat me down to take my vitals and advised that all of the rooms were full. She would take my blood pressure. I would give a urine sample. Then, I would have to go wait in the lobby for a room to open. When I asked if I needed to reschedule; I was advised that there were three patients ahead of me, and it would be a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes before I was seen.... read more

Worst hospital I’ve ever visited. Terrible parking and terrible accessibility to get in. Most doors are blocked offf and it is always under construction. They seem to have no training on customer service. Security and nurses are not on same page. Nurse tells me to pull car to door for pickup then security yells at me for stopping where nurse told me. I walked out of cancer center after checking in and getting asked about having COVID then 3 minutes later the doorman chases me across the waiting room to ask me if I had bee... read more

This establishment may have all the money in the world to advertise how great their facility may be but when it comes to charging patients with services it will be a rating of one out of ten. HORRIBLE money leaches. They charge me $300 for a televise doc to tell me my stomach virus will pass and NO meds was prescribed. Bunch of money suckers. Do not come here if you do not have millions in your bank.

Dr. Doyle is the worse anastesyologist you could ever have! Does not care and his judgement could cause serious damage. Unprofessional! Say no if he is your anastesyologist and you will be safe. The Department and Chair have a culture of non caring and being dismissive of patients. A nasty experience, provider and Department. Unprofessional and dangerous.

Dr. Charles Richard Doyle, anastesyologist is a non caring and not professional. His actions caused me major damage. Yet, NO ONE at Vanderbilt including Patient Relationship, Chair, Department of Anastesyology, VP Risk Management cared! Terrible experience. A dangerous place. Badly damaged me for life! Would NEVER go to Vanderbilt Hospital!

At least half of the ultrasound technologists have a horrible bedside manner. I had a difficult pregnancy and each time I interacted with the ultrasound technologists they forced me to answer intrusive questions that left me with even more PTSD from the complicated pregnancy. I would never wish on any woman to be bombarded with intrusive questions like that. I hope I never have to come to Crystal Terrace for OB imaging ever again. I begged my obstetrician to please send me somewhere else next time.

Denying an infant a LIFE SAVING procedure based solely on the child's vaccination status is highly ILLEGAL & simply UNACCEPTABLE. August is currently on life support at Vandy while waiting on a heart transplant. They have a heart available for this precious boy, but the surgeon & medical team has denied him the life saving surgery simply because his parents chose to not have him vaccinated. August has an army behind him & we're all going to ensure that medical licenses are revoked, job positions are lost & Vandy be held acco... read more

If you want unnecessary biopsies, steroid creams and shots, no results, and a couple K in bills, great choice. Otherwise, find a nurse practioner soewhere.
