Absolutely floored with disgust of this place. This place is causing me to switch away from Vanderbilt completely. I had an endoscopy scheduled yesterday, and the doctor sends me “important links” in epic, which I had to click into to even see… aka I didn’t see them. Then a representative calls me and didn’t even explain key issues that I had questions about. She was pretty much lollygagging. Beware of Candice Vaden. This NP involved my daughter in a "support group" for Celiac Disease and then proceeded to charge her $429/hour for these support group meetings online. My daughter was never told there would be a charge for participation in this group. She is a full-time graduate student and would never have agreed to participate in this group knowing it would cost her $429/hour.
