I had concerns about infection and was denied testing that would get to the bottom of things. Please don't waste your time here.
Dr. White was very nice snd spent time with me to hear my case. RMA Anita is a joy. But the nurse gave me pretty curt attitude via message. I have had my bloodwork results up for almost 72 hours and have had no interpretation done. I'm afraid to read them myself b/c I don't want my mental health to spiral. Sad to share that the experience my partner has endured with this office (both pabla and scanga's) is nothing short of neglect. First, they billed the wrong insurance. Then he was told his infusion that he gets every month needed a prior authorization and they made him wait 3 weeks just for him to find out on his own that a prior authorization was actually NOT needed. Worst ever! I’ve been waiting a month to see if they’ll even treat me! I call every week and they say they’ll call me back . Don’t they realize people are calling there because we’re sick ! So frustrating !
