Very efficient and friendly. I was in and out much quicker than I anticipated.
Horrible experience. I drive 45 minutes for an appointment to get a CT Scan. I was in severe pain. After waiting :30 mins they said they were waiting on my insurance to pre-authorize and would have to reschedule me for three days later. I called my insurance and they said the image center had voided the pre-authorization. Insurance gave me a number for the lab to call to get an instant pre-auth and they said they couldn’t call because they use a third party processors the lady at the front was zero help and the supervisor wh... read more
