My sister had liver cancer cirrhosis & her chattanooga tn dr. Patel was having her come up to hospital at Vanderbilt dr. &:I ask at Vanderbilt hospital where they checked he if they would let me give part of my liver to my sister & they said they didn't do family transplants there; in other words they lied
Staff and scheduling very rude and not helpful. Could not help me set up diagnostic imaging. Referred me to my primary care provider to set up a scan my hepatologist ordered. Very very rude. Only going here out of necessity but would consider St. Louis instead.
I thought this was the best place for me as I need a kidney transplant but as I read all the reviews on google about this location. I just hope I didn’t make a huge expense mistake by being wooed by the Vanderbilt name.
My doctor was amazing but a nurse named paige was awful disrespectful i dont think iver ever been talked so down to and disrespected by someone so much in the medical field in my life! Definetly snudy better than you attitude! Makes me never want to go back to have to deal with her again! She made the experience of a doctors office terrifying especially when your there for help and already recieved horrible news. For 3 weeks I been trying to make an appointment..they have given me so many excuses its very concerning. Last one was they could not understand my doctor's hand writing and thats why they haven't made me an appointment, instead of calling my doctor or even me they sit on my referral and didn't care! I have a mass on my liver! I did a cancer test that came elevated! IM TRYING TI GET HELP AND THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT CARE!
