So if you getting cancer treatment and the nurse does not hook the tubing up correctly they leave part of medical in the tubing this time about 3 feet of the tubing and the nurse said this is because it depends on how they hang tubing determines if you get it all but you got most of it she said.
Hide behind answering services and do not read their emails/messages for days. Refilling a prescription that has been ongoing for years should be the easiest thing a "care" facility has to do, BUT Brentwood Primary 'Care" is incapable of this feat. Had my surgery on 07-02-25 and Dr. Absi and his team are outstanding. No complications and a very smooth recovery.
I unfortunately had a very bad experience today at Tullahoma ER. I'm very sick and dehydrated so my doctor told me to go get labs and get fluids. I was the room getting fluids with my head thrombin whole body aching and just so sick and exhausted. Apparently telling a doctor that you feel as if they aren't providing compassionate care is enough to get security called in to escort you out. The nurse and doctor at my visit today apparently felt "threatened." I never raised my voice, nor did I use any obscene language. As a matter of fact, I was so frustrated that I began crying on the exam table and apologized repeatedly for my tone and for venting my frustration. I had a terrible experience and really questioning all these good reviews I read before seeing her. I do not think they are real after I was treated. Not only by her but one of her nurses who patronized me on the phone. Reasons for 1 star- No bedside manners. Impersonal. Lack of communication. Lack of compassion or concern. Unprofessional. I had a prostate biopsy and MRI with Dr. Chang. I was told the day of the biopsy that someone would call me within a couple of days to go over the results. I waited by my phone for a week. No one ever called. When I complained, I was told by Russ Kunick that no one would ever tell me that, and it is completely normal to not speak with the patient after a biopsy, He said it is the patients responsibility to contact them if they have any questions about the results.
