Incredibly slow waited 4 hrs past our appointment before getting us in
Drove 2 1/2 hours to be verbally assaulted by the check-in lady who refused to even open her window until 21 minutes after we were told to arrive. Patients with disabilities who couldn’t stand in line that long were forced to get out of line to sit in what appeared to be a small waiting area specifically for sick people, which can’t possibly be good for their health. Dr. Tandri is the best electrophysiologist in the country. If you or your family needs EP or cardiac services please reach out to Vanderbilt to consult with their physicians. I cannot recommend them enough.
