I took my sister (82 y/o) to the walk-in clinic, because her foot and leg were very swollen. She'd had a blood clot in that leg 4 years ago, and we were concerned that she had another one. After having an X-way, we were told she did, indeed, have blood clot and she needed an ultrasound but this Vanderbilt location didn't have the equipment to perform one. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Last year, while I was pregnant, I switched doctors and started going to Vanderbilt's Women's Health in Hendersonville. I had heard good things about the clinic and was excited to have a new doctor during my pregnancy. However, halfway through, Erin Fagot left, and I began seeing Stayci Munroe. My daughter was in from out of town and needed to be seen and we could not get an appt anywhere, so she tried the walk in clinic and they stated she would be seen in an hour and a half (understandable right now) but after waiting over an hour and her phone never rang but it did pop up a missed call, she called right back to get a recording to call another number which she did and had to sit on hold for a while, only to be told she got put in the back of the list which would be several hours longer. BULLISH Treatment of a Young Girl We took our daughter to this clinic for one symptom which could have been attributed to many things. Because she is now 18, my wife was told to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. That, in itself, is a widespread practice and understandable. What we found to be reprehensible was the nurse’s treatment of our daughter after my wife was asked to leave.
