Never ever go here. Kristen Knight is the worst nurse practitioner ever. Every single time I’ve come in, she discredits what I say and says I had no reason to come in. BULLISH Treatment of a Young Girl We took our daughter to this clinic for one symptom which could have been attributed to many things. Because she is now 18, my wife was told to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. That, in itself, is a widespread practice and understandable. 12/6/19 UPDATE: If I could give Vanderbilt a lower rating, I would 100% hands down. The absolute worst health care system I have ever encountered. Over 7 months later from a 25 minute Walk In Clinic office visit followed by a 25 min return visit 3 days later for a simple shot, and I am STILL receiving bills. This is now the THIRD bill I've received. WITH employer provided health insurance, I will have paid over $1,200.00 for the simplest visit and treatment. I just had one of the worst experiences of my life here. It astonishes that some people will even consider themselves doctors. I Took my 8-month-old daughter here on Tuesday for fever and severe diaper rash. They misdiagnosed her and said she has a yeast infection. Consequently, they prescribed her the wrong medication and her condition began to worsen exponentially.
