Great facility
Just tried to make an appointment with A new doctor, but they wouldn’t even let me make an appointment because my insurance isn’t active yet but begins on the first in January. I don’t know how this is even legal and this absolutely ludicrous when doctor appointments are months out. SHAME on our medical system and Vanderbilt.
I’ve lived in Nashville for 4 yrs. All of my medical needs have been handled professionally and with kindness. I am so thankful that they are here for me.

My primary care is Katelyn Atwater MD. which she is truly remarkable. She takes all the time necessary, her follow up is fantastic, Dr. Atwater and her nurse Deborah answer all messages I send almost immediately! If I have a issue and no appointment she always sets up a zoom and over the years it's been after normal business hours. She has my trust. Dr. Atwater exemplifies what a doctor should be.
