I have been seen in several clinics at Vanderbilt, and VEI Hendersonville is the most incompetent. I arrived for an appointment, and the woman at the front desk seemed burdened—and immediately acted as a billing/financial assistance expert, informing me of what my assistance does not cover. After arriving in the room, the tech again acted as a financial assistant expert, rolling her eyes and expressing that since I was unable to do pupil dilation (not in any documents I have seen), I was there for a "self-pay vision check" a... read more
