Inept! Horrific scheduling system. Spent 30mins on phone giving all sorts of info they ask for. Then being told i'll get call back, which didn't happen. Second attempt scheduling appointment again, they want more info and then say they will call back, bc no one there to actually schedule!?!? This is a medical facility, not somewhere you go for fun. No one should be put through this!!!
They let my sister believe she had an appointment for MONTHS just to call her the day of and tell her the ‘Doctor’ had never even heard of it and he refused to treat her stating that is seemed made up. PPHP is very much real and it doesn’t even take a genius to google it. What a nasty individual. He didn’t even try to recommend someone to her who’s just simply better at his job. He’s truly a vile man and I would recommend to anyone who wants a doctor that actually takes passion in their work.
This clinic is horribly run and managed. I would avoid this clinic at all costs. They put me off 4 months for an urgent appointment. I changed my entire schedule to accommodate their schedule- then they canceled and rescheduled WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME !!! For a day i have to work. They will not do anything to help me and now say I have to wait 3 months for next appointment & I don’t have any days off work. Vanderbilt I expected better . Shame on you . Rude and untrained receptionist with zero communication skills. They try to treat you like you're the problem. It's sad when patients with real life ending conditions can't even make an appointment because of the people they hire. The doctors may be some of the best, but it's not worth dealing with these idiots.
Worst experience ever. It was my first appointment with some doctor at this center, I arrived 15 minutes early, they made me wait total of another 40 minutes and I walked out without seeing the doctor. They need to understand when patients schedule an appointment they have plans and things to do after the appointment like for example I had to be home when my child got home. They knew they were running behind and did not have the courtesy to call and reschedule.
