Dr Ahmad Rahman, He mislead you about the payment and then billed you three times the amount with giving any services. He will call you personally to make sure you are coming for the appointment which will make you feel good. Then Bam, inundated with bills

This is the worst disorganized customer care in the industry. I had oral surgery there less than 6 months ago for the second time. I made another appointment with the same Oral Surgeon. I called to confirm they had everything they needed. The phone agent assured me they did. Drove an hour to the appointment and arrived early. When I am taken into the back I am told they have no records x-rays ect, even though I was just there in March and can see the notes on my health. i called to make a new patient appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude and continued to talk over me. she also talked w the the most monotoned, emotionless voice i’ve ever heard. i was then asked how much i weigh (210 which is pretty average for a 6’1” guy) and said i didnt meet criteria cause my bmi exceeded their limits. So i guess i am too fat to see the dentist now? nice.

This office is very unprofessional. My daughter had a wisdom tooth extraction performed in the Vanderbilt Dental Clinic. A week later she came to me and asked if this was normal, pointing at her teeth. I looked in her mouth and was surprised to see that her gums were completely detached from her teeth. She also told me she was still experiencing extreme pain on her lower right side.
