Two good things I can say about this place of care: Jodi, the hygienist and free parking. After going to this office for 4 years, I have since gone to another care provider only to find out that I have several areas of concern which will cost me thousands of dollars to correct. All I ever got at Vanderbilt was "great home care" or "yeah, it's a crack but it doesn't go all the way through". See ya and thanks for nothing!
Dr. Rezk and the rest of the Vanderbilt Dental Clinic staff are wonderful. Dr. Rezk seems to be an outstanding dentist and professional in all aspects of her dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Rezk and her clinical team.
I absolutely love this place!
This is the worst disorganized customer care in the industry. I had oral surgery there less than 6 months ago for the second time. I made another appointment with the same Oral Surgeon. I called to confirm they had everything they needed. The phone agent assured me they did. Drove an hour to the appointment and arrived early. When I am taken into the back I am told they have no records x-rays ect, even though I was just there in March and can see the notes on my health. i called to make a new patient appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude and continued to talk over me. she also talked w the the most monotoned, emotionless voice i’ve ever heard. i was then asked how much i weigh (210 which is pretty average for a 6’1” guy) and said i didnt meet criteria cause my bmi exceeded their limits. So i guess i am too fat to see the dentist now? nice.
