"I feel resentful due to the long waiting time. Everyone who was with us has seen the doctor, and on top of that, people who came after us have also been seen. We are still stuck in the waiting room. This is extremely frustrating. "Our scheduled appointment was for 9:40 AM, but we weren't seen until 10:10 AM. This is a 30-minute delay, is that make sense?
This clinic has been a great place to take my granddaughter. We love the staff abd Dr. Scoby!
I was told by the infectious & disease team at the hospital in Nashville that my daughter has been seeing since June to get an appointment with the Smyrna location for a pcp since her current pediatrician’s office isn’t doing a good job with her, plus her two siblings. I have always found Dr. Smith to be an excellent doctor who speaks to me with respect and cares deeply for my children. We have had seven children grow up through this practice and she has been an excellent, knowledgeable, listening and caring primary care physician the entire time. We're always a little bit sad when one of the kids graduates from this practice because it's far harder to find good adult care for them in our area. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
If you liked being talked to like an idiot and want a doctor that spends less than 30 minutes a YEAR with your child acting as if you, the parent and 24/7 x 365 days a year caretaker aren’t qualified to make good judgments for your child this is the place. The nurses are nice but I’m over these narc doctors thinking they are your boss and can talk to you any kind of way and be delusional enough to think you’ll be back for more.
