I am pretty shocked at the reviews. These people have always been nice when I come in or call. And dr. Tisano did a wonderful job on my daughter’s foot surgery. I was very pleased with my visits. Only flaw I came across is my daughter’s cast is falling off but other than that I trusted dr. Tisano and her team to do surgery on my daughters foot and I would again!
I’m baffled how it is ok to make a naked woman wearing only a hospital gown sit in a waiting room where there are men and others fully clothed. I was not given any choice or asked if that was ok but told to grab my clothes, sit there, and wait for xrays. I can’t even make sure my gown is fully covering everything cause I have to hold all my clothes. I don’t want some old creepy man trying to look under my gown! Wow! At least have an area for people in gowns so they are not sitting out in public naked!
Dr's have been great
Absolutely horrendous! They make sick children wait in a waiting room for 5 1/2 hours with a 104 degree temperature and then tell me we can leave to go seek proper medical care or we will be billed and insurance won’t cover it because it’s against medical advice to leave??? Yet the nurse on the phone says my daughter should be seen IMMEDIATELY well 5 1/2 hours isn’t immediate! Criminals
I feel as though I had visited a grifter rather than a reputable healthcare provider. My daughter injured her ankle, and my pediatrician suggested this clinic as an option. After X-rays, I was told by the doctor that my child would be “fitted” for a boot. When the nurse entered, we told her my obviously petite child’s shoe size (girls’ size 2).
