My 4mo old grandchild was brought by ambulance to vandy or seizure like activity. They did an eeg finding brain activity and called it "infantile spasms". Fasted her for a sedated MRI after putting an IV in her arm at 0200 on day 2 that they never even used and she never got in for the MRI either after 3 days. She was sent home without any lab work at all and a projected outpatient sedated MRI on 4/11 (next available) on steroids and pepcid for her young parents to just watch her and pray for answers that they didn't even tr... read more

Then I received a letter that I could not ask any questions or discussed medication in the patient portal That all communication had to be in person yet he... read more

Came for an appointment drove over 30 mins plus horrible traffic on top of there supposed to being a 30 minute grace period my daughter who recently had a seizure was turned away although less than 30 mins late. She has beckwidth weiderman syndrome and we attend lots of doctors appointments on top of me missing work for them along with taking her to therapy 10x per month so definitely not greatly appreciated and inconsiderate of the doctor she was supposed to be seeing ,but doctors don’t think about that do they?
