Horrible staff and the manager couldn't be any more rude. My daughter is just a number to them. There are way more caring pediatric Neurologist in Nashville. This office doesn't care. Plus they only refer out to Vanderbilt when your child needs a referral for something and nobody will call back to schedule.
I had the worst interaction I have ever had with a medical professional with Dr. Boone. This happened several years ago but I never wrote about it because we were at a stressful time in our lives. I’ve thought about it more recently because my other child has an appointment with a different Vandy specialist and I’m nervous due to this experience. This was during Covid regulations and only one parent was allowed in for the appointment. I was 8.5 months pregnant and had severe back pain. My son was extremely delayed and could ... read more

Over 4 hrs from our home.. But worth the drive. High quality care and everyone was pleasant. Dr Carson was excellent.
This place has to be the worst as far as communication. I have had trouble every single year getting them to fax back paperwork so my son can have his emergency seizure medication. It should not take a month or more to send back a fax. I have had to call multiple times and have the schools nurse call multiple times. And not sure what the purpose of using the app is if they ignore it like the phone calls and faxes. I will be so glad when I get the things I need for my son so I no longer have to deal with this place ever again... read more
