Worst experience I have ever had at Vanderbilt Children’s hospital was with a “new” neurologist named Dr Fisher. This Dr admitted as he enter the room that he had NOT read through my son’s medical. This so called Dr wasn’t aware that my son had been flown to Vanderbilt after birth stayed in the NICU. He wasn’t aware of his HIE. After explaining new symptoms that have started to occur during puberty after having taken a holistic approach after the suicidal thoughts as a toddler on Keppra. She was sent home without any lab work at all and a projected outpatient sedated MRI on 4/11 (next available) on steroids and pepcid for her young parents to just watch her and pray for answers that they didn't even tr... read more

Then I received a letter that I could not ask any questions or discussed medication in the patient portal That all communication had to be in person yet he... read more
