If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I arrived 15 minutes early for my daughter's 2 pm appt(well, 12 because they don't have their own sign on the digital screen in the lobby.) They're apparently connected to the pediatric side and nothing indicates that they are. I waited until 2:20 to ask if we were still going to be seen after they took a patient back after we arrived. The desk assistants accommodated any changes to the schedule that I requested. The therapists checked if any adjustments to weights, length of time or reps was needed. Always there to answer questions or give directions for exercise. I noted improvement in my strength.
Great group of people who make therapy easy and stress free.
I had a very good experience with my therapist and staff
