My son was a patient there over 2 years. With no results. Rude Dr's and nurses. When we would bring up concerns with medication or behavior we would.be told they was the doctor and we need to do what they say(like we aren't the parents with our child 24/7). Don't waste your time here.
If you need medical records for any reason after your child has care here, they don't send you reports and don't send to your child's doctor. I called the office of medical records and no one answers, it's all automated. If there is a Portal, why don't they do their job and upload results to it? They say they will help and it's been 3 weeks from 1st request (not testing), with 2 follow ups to check on it, and I still don't have my child's paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous.

The lady at the desk after 10+ minutes of my kids being bored and screaming she offered him a coloring book. They had a tv in the waiting room and that’s it no toys. Then when the coloring book didn’t work another 10 minutes later then they offered us the “calming room” but it was just an overstimulating room. The first lady who evaluated my son left the room for 10 minutes or more be... read more
