Impossible to use their care when they won't accept referrals unless it's from an internal provider from their own hospital. But yet they are my insurance list and listed as taking new patients. How is the community supposed to use the great Vanderbilt if they are so selective on the referrals they accept?

She made friends with a few of the kids but there were some kids that were very mean to her and made her feel upset and embarrassed as if she wasn’t already having a hard enough time.
