I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I have to speak up about the repeated issues I’ve had here. I’m currently pregnant and have had two ultrasounds at this location. Both times, I was promised that my ultrasound images and reports would be sent to me within 30 minutes. Not only were they not sent in that time frame, I had to call back multiple times over the course of hours (and in one case, an entire day) just to get access to my own medical records. PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY! DO NOT GO HERE! I went for a pretty standard ultrasound that turned into a nightmare in May. The technician caused tearing (not one, not two, but THREE), which my OBGYN then "treated" me for. I had no related issues before this imaging appointment. Here we are 9 MONTHS later, and I still have to be seen by my OBGYN often about this issue, along with going to see a specialist. No one has any actual answers. How did this happen??
