With the volume of people/ patients coming through the outpatient surgery, it ran fairly efficient. However, if it weren’t for a select few at information desk in East lobby( (Vivigine) and RN , Lauren , in recovery our afternoon would have been a complete fiasco! Dr was nice and experienced but her communication and follow through with medication plan was so disconnected that it made the experience just shy of horrible!!
