Amazing place with amazing, friendly staff. They took their time with me, communicated, asked questions, & didn't rush. They welcome you with open arms and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend this place .
I completed a detailed 30–40 minute pre-registration form outlining my medical history, PCOS diagnosis, multiple sclerosis, and reason for the visit. The provider came in and asked why I was there, which made it clear he had not read any of it. That alone undermines the purpose of requiring patients to provide detailed information. My prenatal visits were all wonderful- I loved all of the midwives I met with. I appreciated the amount of time they spent answering questions and talking through things with me. However, I will not be returning to the birth center based on my experience with both labor guidance and postpartum care.
