I have never had a bad interaction with staff. This is THE best clinic I’ve ever gone to, and I am incredibly grateful that they were able to get me in, given how busy they are.

Michael Radyko is a provider every mentally struggling patient needs. He’s caring, compassionate and supportive. He listens without judgment. He’s moved to the cancer clinic and that was a great loss for me, but that clinic is blessed to be receiving him. Gina has been a nice replacement for him. She had big shoes to fill and has done a wonderful job. She’s compassionate, caring and shares concerns about my mental state and offers all resources and encourages me to use them when I’m not doing well.

I wish I could give negative 100 stars, I’ve called a few times to try to get an appointment to feel better and not in a hole and I really want to go here. Veronica the one who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. First she said they are not accepting new patients at all, then I need a referral from any Vanderbilt doctor, then she said I just need a regular referral, just inconsistent and very confusing from the rude uncaring lady, she would not explain anything to me. I’m just trying to get better.
