RecommendedHave ordered here a few times already. Packages have gone to Georgia, Alaska, Montana and Kansas. With one on the way to California right now. Everything was packaged nicely, and arrived swiftly because it was sent with UPS. Can only recommend it based on my experiences!
this store is totally disgusting and a RIP off. we ordered dutch letters on the 11th of December, in plenty of time for shipping. They never confirmed and 2 days before Christmas they charged 3 times the price and the item for shipping to get here before Christmas.

Very disappointed with this company...... they total screwed up a simple 1 item order and made it into a nightmare. The only good thing to occur was my parents did receive their herring for Christmas. Everything else that could go wrong did. My issues: 1) Failed provide a proper breakdown of the cost of item and shipping. 2) Attempted to charge me over 3 times, what I was original quoted. 3) Screwed up the refund by sending it to the wrong account. I order online on December 9. It is now December 20 and I send them a email to asked where my order was. They told me they send it out today and I will received it on December 26. So I won't order from them again.
Ordered some chocolate letters for my family for Christmas. When I received my order I realized a ordered all dark chocolate letters. I left a message on the Facebook page and asked if I could make the same order in milk chocolate and receive it by Christmas. I received a call and was told that it wouldn’t be an issue and that the order would be expedited to ensure a delivery prior to Christmas. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you guys again!
If you live too far away to visit the store, VanderVeens is fantastic for mailorder. My Dutch Indonesian husband is in heaven when a box arrives. This Italian Cherokee likes everything, too! Next year, we will go cross-country to visit.
