I have ordered from van de Veen for years and have always been satisfied and very well taken care off. And sometimes get to talk Dutch to one of their personnel. They are friendly and helpful .
Everything I get is outstanding. The only complaint I have is when packing your boxes for shipment, you take a close eye on what was ordered. I requested several chocolate letters in milk chocolate and only one in dark (my daughter is vegan and can’t eat milk chocolate) they all came in milk including my daughters (which she can’t eat)
The food is excellent, the service is excellent.
