I'm from the Netherlands and have been living in the States for 13 years. I just discovered this place and LOVE it!!! Finally get to enjoy all my favorite dutch snacks whenever I want. Prices are very reasonable and shipping is always fast. My last delivery got damaged in transit and they contacted me immediately and resent my order. Great customer service. Thank you Vander Veen's, I'll be back for more soon!
We absolutely love this store!! I have been living in the USA for 5 years now! We found Vanderveen online and it is a blessing! Everything is packed with love and care. The "frikandellen" are amazing btw. The quality is of those you can get in the grocery store in the Netherlands. Thank you all for making it possible �

Really annoyed with how my recent order went. Specifically asked to be notified if items were not in stock, so I could replace them and still qualify for $10.99 shipping. Received shipment minus certain items and was never notified. Called customer service on December 8th, 2016 at 3:29 pm. As I explained problem customer service disconnected and never called back. Tried calling again 4 times and received busy signal each time. Never heard from them again. Will not be ordering from this company anymore.
I just got my order delivered. I'm so happy with all the goodies. It all arrived in great condition. I think its awesome that so much fits in a small box. The windmill ornament's are also great....Thanks so much and Merry Christmas to all of you.
Love the store. Just did not know it was Sinterklaas day. Could barely move around. It was great seeing all the young people there.
