Terrible customer service — they ignored us and showed no interest in helping
I’ve only done business with Vander Haag’s a handful of times, This week I was in need of a part that was very difficult to get, and I had to have it before a particular date, Amanda Koele helped me with the order, We were able to purchase the item with air freight for far less than other online stores were selling this item, and I received it a day earlier than expected. Thank you, Amanda I will be looking to Vander Haag’s more often now.
