I wouldnt give them one lousy star except this makes me.  Shipped me a motor with 1700 dollars damage during shipping, sent pics, and they want to settle for damn near nothing.  Lies, lies and more lies from them.  Absolutely the worst place we have ever bought a motor from.   The worst!!  Negative 50 stars.   Buy a motor here, get a retainer sent to your attorney, you will be needing one!

Avoid vander engines they are dishonest they won't honor any warranty the promise you once they get your money they dont want anything to do with you . Stay away from buying anything from them if you dont want to get screwed M

Terrible Terrible .. I bought an A+ engine with a 4 year warranty. I went with this engine specifically because of the reported low miles and the 4 year warranty. At first everything appeared to be great. But, roughly 3 years into it, the timing chain went out and needed replacing, This is a part that is considered good for the life of the engine, from the manufacturer. Purchase date was 6/1/2025, installed 6/9/2025; on 11/04/2025, the engine started smoking and giving engine malfunction warning lights. The vehicle was taken to Macs Auto Service, the same company that installed the engine. I was then told that it needed a new valve cover gasket and a BMW turbocharger waistgate actuator. Like normal it all started smoothly. I beg6in purchasing an engine from them in june 2024. I made payments on up until september, and decided to fo another route on an engine i paid all but 720.00 and wanted a refund for what i have paid. All i wanted was my refund. They have been giving me the run around about my refund. From being on hold for long periods od time to hanging up in my face to sending me straight to Voice Mail, and not even giving me a call back. **BEWARE** Note* I have documentation to back up my claim* On May 3rd 2024 I experienced a catastrophic event with my 2017 Jaguar XE 35t R-Sport. On the interstate on my way to work at 6 o’clock in the morning, my alternator belt broke. This caused a chain of events to happen that cause my engine to blow. We contacted who we thought was a company called USA Motors. We were told they had a Jaguar XE motor with 5,000 miles on it with a 5-year warranty. The price for this motor was $9,050. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I was told they had an engine with 37K miles on it, they sent me pictures of an a vine claiming that was the 37K mike engine. I paid for the engine, and what I was sent was sn engine with 196,606 miles. Vander didn’t even have an engine for me, they took my money, purchased an engine the day after, from a salvage yard to have sent to me.
