I had an engagement ring I no longer needed, and asked for the diamond to be made into a pendant, Jordan helped me through the entire process, she was very patient and knowledgeable, she kept me informed along the process, I walked out of the shop with my pendant wrapped in a beautiful box tied in a ribbon, they made me feel welcome the entire time, I highly recommend this jewelers
