We had an amazing experience designing a custom engagement ring at VandenDool. From start to finish, Chelsi was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and communicative, making the process exciting and stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and the final ring exceeded every expectation; it turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. VandenDool is now our jeweller of choice!

I bought a necklace in November from here. Not knowing much about jewelry, I asked for help. Carol was extremely helpful and helped me pick out a necklace that my girlfriend loved. On top of that we had a lovely conversation. 10/10 would recommend.
