Bill was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in person, by phone and text. The repair work on my rings is beyond my expectation!!!
I discovered Vandenbergs several years ago when I needed batteries for some watches. All the places that I used to go to were no longer in business or didn't replace batteries anymore. The lovely woman who works in the repair area is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She was threatening to retire but I pray she never does. I have purchased a watch from there and have taken several items to be repaired. Everyone else should as well!
Purchased my wedding ring here through Esther. She was great to work with. No pressure and spent time to help get me something that worked for me and I was happy with. Would go back again.
