I went there in January. It is May and I still have never seen the doctor. I was assigned a therapist who is clueless and misses her appointments!! The nurse practitioner is ok, but is not up to date on neither medications nor local services, for instance, group therapies. Three times she has done a phone appointment at the last minute instead of meeting with me. Sheesh!

I went there a few years ago. The office had staffing problems, problems keeping up with appointments and medications, and majorly overbooking appointment slots. Dr. Vandemark tried her best, but could not recognize me or remember that she prescribed the pills I had there with her name on the bottles. This place has the potential to be great, and Dr. Vandemark really does care and tries her best

Came to this office after being highly recommended by a couple people. I left after my second visit. The front desk staff are always extremely short and rude over the phone. I had two instances where I had phone appointments and never received a call or voicemail. The receptionist claimed both times that it was an error on my end and that my phone had been messed up.
