When a repair takes this long, I would expect a status update call at least once a week. Also, some of the parts took a long time to come in but then when they were in, somehow, my car wasn't right at the top of the list to get fixed. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend It's not entirely just the body shop but vande Hay Brantmeier as a company. This is not the first time I've dealt with this company and have been very disappointed.
