I get it, it happens, but wait until all the parts are in to schedule drop offs. Then when they were waiting on 1 part they told me the estimated shipping date, I called 2 days after that date. The operator said the last update they had from that part was 15 days ago and that it still wasn’t there, I then asked him to check and call me what he found.
