Was there on Wednesday for an oil change and ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes for it. No one came to give me an update on why it was taking that long. Finally went to find out what was going on, and saw the truck had just been brought back. Told the receptionist an oil change shouldn't take this long, another person at the desk said they usually take 45 minutes, I looked at them and said I've been waiting an hour and 45 minutes. In for routine service, very professional & helpful staff. Reg (Sales Rep) stopped to visit while I was waiting in the customer area. All made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
Was a insurance claim but did a very nice job. Took a little longer then first thought but as long as its a quality job its worth it
