Impersonal. Lack of empathy. Gives ballpark diagnosis with guesses. Asked if arthritic response could be related to body's immunological response to a bacterial infection, she said "no way" with arrogance and confidence as if it was a stupid question. Would talk over us, not allow questions or room to think - constantly cut off.
