It seems that this apartment complex has had some bad issues in the past. I have currently lived here for 6 months, it is quiet. The units have been remodeled.

I have lived here for going on 4 years in January, I love my quiet little apartment. I feel safe here, and am comfortable with most of the other tenants in the complex. I've rarely had maintenance issues, but when I do Jennifer has a work order put in and has maintenance out to resolve the problem within a few days. I'm happy to call Vandalia Terrace apartments home.
I love it here I’ve had no problems here when I first lived here. Then I upgraded to a two bedroom and still had no problems. I also told 3 of my friends about this apartment complex and they had no problems at all. I love it here.
