Yeah I change my mind once our lease is up we’re leaving this place it was good in the beginning but now it’s just ridiculous.
It seems that this apartment complex has had some bad issues in the past. I have currently lived here for 6 months, it is quiet. The units have been remodeled.
nice quiet location, surrounding neighbors are polite, management staff is friendly and handles any issues with promptness and professional. its an honor to call Vandalia Terrance Apartments, my home
I have lived here for going on 4 years in January, I love my quiet little apartment. I feel safe here, and am comfortable with most of the other tenants in the complex. I've rarely had maintenance issues, but when I do Jennifer has a work order put in and has maintenance out to resolve the problem within a few days. I'm happy to call Vandalia Terrace apartments home.
